HOW MAY WE ASSIST YOU?
Resolute Outreach Inc. provides a variety of programs that assess and identify an individual’s abilities, vocational interests, job readiness skills and training needs.
SITUATIONAL/COMPREHENSIVE VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION SERVICES
Resolute Outreach Inc. requires assessments to be completed at the start of entering the program. Our intensive program will help identify individual strengths, interests, work behaviors, training needs, and suitable areas of interest for employment. The assessments are formulated to assist individuals in achieving their goals for the workforce. Resolute Outreach Inc. assigns an “Employment Specialist” to provide individualized situational assessments and training sessions. In this capacity we will assist individuals in developing their work ethic; attitudes, and the essential qualifications necessary to meet the demands of a thriving career. Resolute Outreach Inc. focuses on the advancement of these required skills while training in a community-oriented center where our clients will be prepared to enter a competitive workforce.
DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES
Our program starts with the creation of an Individual Plan for Employment and/or Vocational Goals. While providing on-the-job training, the Employment Specialist will aide each individual in skill development and job placement. During the skill development phase, the Employment Specialist will provide clients with image counseling, mock interview trainings and resume preparation. The Employment Specialist will also bridge the gap between employers and potential employees by providing ongoing support through modeling, verbal prompting and continued education, in order to make the most effective match.
JOB COACHING AND PLACEMENT SERVICES
After careful review, the Employment Specialist will decide whether an individual is ready for job placement. The individual’s counselor will be contacted and discussion of potential placement and planning will commence. Once placement has been made, Resolute Outreach Inc. will require the applicant to sign the job placement form upon agreement. A profile will be built which details the individual’s progress, strengths and areas of development. As the applicant gets a better understanding of the expectations of the job, the Employment Specialist will become less involved and the client will move to case management for ongoing support, as needed.
